  • ID verification and damage waiver/deposit required prior to check-in. This property requires a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $750 (an authorization hold that is released after checkout). As an alternative, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $59 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $3 per additional day for longer stays. One of these is required for check-in.
  • ID required before check-in through approved third-party partner.

Property Access

  • This property has a Ring doorbell camera at the front and an additional exterior Ring camera monitoring the backyard/driveway. Both cameras are visible, record video and audio, and will be on during all reservations.

  • Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
  • No more than 10 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
  • No use of the fireplace is allowed.
  • If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
  • No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house/garage. This results in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
  • Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Complaints from a neighbor may result in cancellation of your stay without refund.
